How long does Songfinch take to deliver a song?
How long does Songfinch take to deliver a song in 2026? Delivery depends on your checkout option. Here is what affects timing and how to plan around it.
Songfinch delivery time depends on the plan you pick at checkout, and the site sells more than one delivery tier. Check the current delivery options on Songfinch's checkout page before you order, because turnaround windows change and this page does not hard-code them.
TL;DR
- Songfinch delivery time depends on the delivery option you select at checkout in 2026.
- Rush options exist for last-minute gifts, but confirm the current window on Songfinch before paying.
- Order well ahead of weddings, memorials and birthdays so revisions do not eat your deadline.
- Songfinch is best for buyers who plan ahead, not for same-day gifts.
Why delivery time matters for a custom song
A custom song is a dated gift. A birthday song that arrives after the party, or a memorial song that misses the service, loses most of its value. Delivery time is the first thing to settle, before you compare price or genre.
The usual failure is not the production time itself. It is the buyer starting late, then having no room for a revision. Build slack into your plan.
How long does Songfinch take to deliver a song?
Songfinch delivers on the schedule tied to the delivery option you choose at checkout. The standard option takes longer than the rush option, and the exact window is shown on Songfinch's order page at the time you buy. This page does not state a specific number of days, because an unsourced figure goes stale or turns out wrong.
What the delivery clock excludes:
- Your own time. The artist works from the story and details you submit. A thin questionnaire invites revisions, and revisions add days.
- Revision rounds. Any change request after the first version pushes the final file later.
- Gift timing. Getting the song is one step. If you are pairing it with a card, video or physical gift, add that lead time too.
What affects Songfinch turnaround
- Delivery option selected. Rush costs more than standard. Check current pricing on the site.
- Quality of your brief. Names, pronunciations, shared memories and the mood you want reduce back-and-forth.
- Genre and style. Complex requests can take an artist longer than a simple acoustic piece.
- Revisions. Each round restarts part of the clock.
- Occasion peaks. Holidays and gift seasons are busy for every custom song service. Order early for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas.

Verdict: Songfinch is best for buyers who order ahead and want a human artist. It is a poor fit if the gift is due in the next day or two.
Revisions are the step buyers forget to budget for.

- Leave room for one revision round. Treat it as part of the schedule.
