Editorial Policy

This site exists to help readers make better custom song purchases, not to make every listed service look safe or equal.

Independence

Rankings, verdicts, and criticism should be based on the evidence gathered for the page, not on affiliate potential or brand familiarity. If a service has serious tradeoffs, the published page should say so in plain language.

  • No service buys a better rank.
  • Affiliate links do not guarantee positive coverage.
  • Weak transparency, weak public proof, and risky buyer terms should be surfaced directly.

Disclosure and monetization

Some outbound links may earn a commission at no extra cost to the reader. Those commercial relationships are secondary to the page's editorial purpose, which is to help readers judge fit, risk, and value before spending money.

Use of automation

Automation may be used to help compile research, normalize source material, or draft content components. It should not be treated as a substitute for source checking or editorial judgment.

Published pages are expected to map back to real source material and current service facts, especially around pricing, delivery, buyer protections, and public proof.

Corrections and updates

If a page contains stale or incorrect information, it should be corrected with the same standard applied to new content. Update dates should reflect material factual changes, not cosmetic rewrites.

When a correction affects a ranking, that change should flow through the related comparison and category pages too, not remain isolated to a single review.
